Brief Information of Radical Marketing Radical Marketing was incorporated on 29 December 1993 and had been dormant since 1 April 2009. Radical Marketing was previously carried on the business of branding and retailing of fashionable ladies’ and men’s apparels and accessories. Rationale for the Winding-Up The members’ voluntary winding-up of Radical Marketing is to rationalise and streamline the Voir Group's structure. Effects of the Winding-Up The winding-up of Radical Marketing will not have any financial and operational impact on Voir Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2014.
