Bhd. ( “Vendor”) for the acquisition of a piece of vacant land held under No. H.S.(D) 59864 No. PT Lot 30908, Mukim 15, Daerah Seberang Perai Tengah, Negeri Pulau Pinang at the revised purchase price of Ringgit Malaysia Forty Seven Million One Hundred Five Thousand Two Hundred Thirty Nine and Sen Eighty (RM47,105,239.80) only for the purpose of constructing and operating a shopping centre and a departmental store cum supermarket (“Acquisition of Land”). The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Acquisition of Land has been completed on 13 June 2014, the date of the presentation of the Memorandum of Transfer and relevant documents at the relevant land office for the purpose of registration
