On behalf of the Board, RHBIB wishes to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") had, vide its letter dated 9 May 2014, resolved to approve the listing and quotation of up to 59,025,454 OCK Shares, representing up to 20% of the enlarged issued and paid-up share capital of OCK (excluding treasury shares) upon completion of the Proposed Acquisition (as defined in OCK's announcement dated 29 April 2014), to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Private Placement subject to the following conditions:- i. OCK and RHBIB must fully comply with the relevant provisions under the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities pertaining to the implementation of the Proposed Private Placement; ii.
