DescriptionCessation of Wholly-Owned Subsidiary of M-Mode Berhad

The Board of Directors of M-Mode Berhad (“M-Mode”) wishes to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary namely Beijing M-Mode Digital Technology Co., Ltd. (Registration No. 110000410304900) (“Beijing M-Mode”) has completed its voluntarily winding up proceeding today. Accordingly, Beijing M-Mode will cease to be a wholly-owned subsidiary of M-Mode with effect from today.

Beijing M-Mode was incorporated in China on 20 December 2006 with a registered capital of RMB0.5 million. The principal activities of Beijing M-Mode were marketing and development of mobile related content, applications and solutions. Beijing M-Mode has ceased its operation and was a dormant company.

The above cessation has no material financial and operational impact on the M-Mode Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2014.
