We refer to our announcement dated 5 May 2014 (“Announcement”) in relation to the Proposed Acquisition. The Board of Directors of DVM wish to make the following clarification. The announcement should read as follows: 1. In any event, a maximum of Ringgit Malaysia Ten Million (RM10,000,000.00) worth of Earn-Out Incentive (including purchase consideration) will be given to the Vendor (i.e. if the annual NPAT is Ringgit Malaysia Six Million (RM6,000,000.00) or more, the Vendor will only be entitled to Ringgit Malaysia Ten Million (RM10,000,000.00) Earn-Out Incentive (including purchase consideration). 2. The highest percentage ratio applicable to the Proposed Acquisition pursuant to Rule 10.02 (g) of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad is 24.6%.
