On behalf of Seacera, KAF Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that Seacera had, on 26 December 2013, received approval of the shareholders of the Company at the Extraordinary General Meeting (“EGM”) held this morning pertaining to the resolution of Proposed Disposal as set out in the Notice of EGM dated 11 December 2013. The approval from the shareholders of the Company constitutes one of the Conditions Precedent in respect of the SSA as stated in Section 2.1.8(i)(a) of the announcement dated 11 November 2013.
