| Description | PERWAJA HOLDINGS BERHAD (“PHB” or “the Company”) DEFAULT IN PAYMENT PURSUANT TO PRACTICE NOTE 1 OF THE MAIN MARKET LISTING REQUIREMENTS OF BURSA MALAYSIA SECURITIES BERHAD We refer to our announcements dated 26 November 2013 and 27 November 2013. The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to inform that the Company together with its advisers are currently working towards finalising the debt restructuring scheme to restructure its total indebtedness. The Board of Directors also wish to inform that there is no major development on the status of default in payment of principal and interests accrued as at the date of this announcement. Further announcement on the development of the above matter will be made to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad in due course. This announcement is dated 26 December 2013. |
