Reference is made to the earlier announcement dated 26 August 2013 pertaining to the Sale and Purchase Agreement dated 26 August 2013 between Chong Hoe Realty Sdn Bhd and Matrix Concepts (Central) Sdn Bhd ( formerly known as " Superb Approach Sdn Bhd") ("SPA"). The Company has on 24 December 2013, made full payment of the balance purchase price and our solicitors have today, confirms the registration of the memorandum of transfer into the name of Matrix Concepts (Central) Sdn Bhd. As such, the Board of Directors of Matrix Concepts Holdings Berhad is pleased to announce that the aforesaid SPA is successfully completed with effect from 24 December 2013.
