Shook Lin & Bok (the solicitors representing RHB) via facsimile transmission. Pursuant to the K&C’s Letter, the judicial sale by RHB of the vessel known as “Taurus” (IMO No. 7917915/Registry No.332422) (“Vessel”) (“Judicial Sale”) had taken place and had been concluded on the even date. The proceeds from the Judicial Sale of USD12.111 million have been paid to the High Court. Accordingly, the order of priority of the claims against the proceeds of the Judicial Sale will be determined after thirty (30) days or of such other period as the High Court may specify, from 30 January 2013. The Board of PETONE wishes to inform that the Vessel has not been used for any of its business operation since July 2010.
