Description	IGB REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT TRUST (“IGB REIT”) - REVALUATION OF INVESTMENT PROPERTIES
1. Introduction The Board of Directors of IGB REIT Management Sdn Bhd, the Manager of IGB REIT, is pleased to announce that IGB REIT has undertaken a revaluation of its investment properties, namely Mid Valley Megamall and The Gardens Mall (“Revaluation”). 2. Purpose The purpose of the Revaluation was to ascertain the current market value of the investment properties for accounting purposes in line with the Malaysian Financial Reporting Standard 140 and pursuant to clause 10.03 of the Securities Commission’s (“SC”) Guidelines on Real Estate Investment Trusts (“REIT Guidelines”). The Revaluation is in accordance with the valuation requirements of REIT Guidelines, and do not require the SC’s approval. 3. Documents available for inspection The valuation reports in relation to the Revaluation are available for inspection at the Manager’s registered office at Level 32, The Gardens South Tower, Mid Valley City, Lingkaran Syed Putra, 59200 Kuala Lumpur during normal office hours from Monday to Friday (except public holidays) for a period of three (3) months from the date of this announcement.
