We refer to the announcements made on 29 May 2012, 30 July 2012, 28 September 2012, 27 November 2012, 10 December 2012, 11 December 2012 and 22 January 2013 in respect of the Bonus Issue of Warrants (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein. On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that the exercise price for the Warrants has been fixed at RM0.18 per Warrant, which represents a discount of approximately RM0.0242 or 11.85% to the five (5)-day volume weighted average market price of SRHB Shares up to and including 25 January 2013 (being the last market day prior to the price fixing date) of RM0.2042 per SRHB Share. The exercise price for the Warrants was determined after taking into consideration, amongst others, the prevailing market sentiments and the historical price of SRHB Shares for the past three (3) month up to 25 January 2013 of RM0.135 per SRHB Share to RM0.255 per SRHB Share. The Warrants are issued at no cost to the entitled shareholders of the Company. This announcement is dated 29 January 2013.
