The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to refer to the Company’s earlier announcements made on 3 February, 2012, 10 February, 2012 and 28 February 2012 respectively pertaining to the abovementioned Proposed Subscriptions and is pleased to announce that Stage 2 of the Proposed Subscriptions had been completed following the payment in cash of USD9.3 million (equivalent to RM28,671,900.00 based on the exchange rate of USD1.00 to RM3.083) by WS Agro Industries Pte. Ltd. for the subscription and allotment of an additional 9.3% of the total ARI Shares on 31 January 2013. With the completion of Stage 2 of the Proposed Subscriptions, the total shareholdings of WS Agro Industries Pte. Ltd. in Atama Resources Inc. is 51.0%. Hence, Atama Resources Inc. has become a subsidiary of WS Agro Industries Pte. Ltd.
