The Board of Directors of BRDB wishes to inform that BRDB has today received the attached press notice from CIMB and Newfields ("Joint Advisers"), on behalf of the Offeror, informing that the Securities Commission ("SC") has in its letter dated 14 September 2012, taken note of the possible changes to the equity structure of BRDB resulting from the Offer. The Joint Advisers or the Offeror will inform the SC upon the completion of the Offer.
