Pursuant to Paragraph 14.09(a) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad,�all the Directors of LBS�had accepted the Options to subscribe for Ordinary Shares of RM1.00 each in LBS under the Employee Share Option Scheme (“ESOS”) of LBS with Exercise Price of RM1.00 per share details of which are�set out in the Table below:
This announcement is dated 20 September 2012. � Remarks: The previous ESOS has expired on 15 September 2012 wherein all of the remaining unexercised Options have lapsed accordingly. However, establishment of a New ESOS of up to Fifteen Percent (15%) of the issued and paid-up share capital of the Company was duly approved by shareholders of the Company vide an Extraordinary General Meeting held on 28 June 2012 in place of the previous ESOS.
