We refer to the announcements dated 28 August 2012 and 29 August 2012 respectively in relation to the notice and supplemental notice of take-over served by AmInvestment Bank Berhad (“AmInvestment Bank”) on behalf of the Joint Offerors. The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that Bonia has on even date received the attached press notice from AmInvestment Bank (“Press Notice”), on behalf of the Joint Offerors, informing that the offer document dated 18 September 2012 which sets out the details of the Offer together with the Form of Acceptance and Transfer have been despatched today to the Board of Directors of Bonia and shareholders of Bonia whose names appear in the Record of Depositors of Bonia and having a registered Malaysian address.
