Further to our announcements on 7 September 2012 and 14 September 2012, Caely Holdings Bhd (“CAELY”) further wishes to furnish the following additional information. Via a letter dated 14 October 2011 Caely (M) Sdn Bhd (“CMSB”), a wholly owned subsidiary of CAELY was offered to construct 300 units of residential units and the relevant infrastructure works on Project Kampong Tersusun Generasi Kedua, Felcra Berhad, Seberang Perak, Changkat Lada, Mukim Pasir Salak, Perak by Koperasi Peserta Peserta Felcra Berhad (“Koperasi Felcra”). The offer was subject to further negotiations of the terms and conditions of the contract and the finalisation of the financial details. On 17 October 2011, Koperasi Felcra issued a letter to CMSB instructing CMSB to commence works on the said project. Koperasi Felcra provided an undertaking that it will make payments in accordance with the certified works completed. Based on the above, CMSB has proceeded to commence works on this project in 2011. Upon finalisation of the terms and conditions of the contract, both parties duly executed the contract on 7 September 2012, which was announced on the same date. | |
