The Board of KSTB wishes to announce that the Company is still in the midst of formulating its regularisation plan while the Applications are currently pending approval from Bursa Securities.
Any further development on the regularisation plan and the approval from the Bursa Securities in relation to the Applications will be announced accordingly.
