We refer to our announcements dated 26 November 2013, 27 November 2013, 26 December 2013, 24 January 2014, 26 February 2014, 3 March 2014, 4 March 2014, 27 March 2014, 25 April 2014, 26 May 2014, 26 June 2014, 25 July 2014, 26 August 2014, 26 September 2014, 27 October 2014, 26 November 2014, 26 December 2014, 26 January 2015 and 11 February 2015. There is no major development on the status of default in payment of principal and interests accrued as at the date of this announcement. The Company together with its advisers are currently working towards finalising a debt restructuring scheme to restructure its total indebtedness. As announced on 11 February 2015, the Company had entered into a Memorandum of Agreement (“MOA”) with Zhiyuan Investment Group Co Ltd (“Zhiyuan”) to explore the possibility of Zhiyuan’s participation in PHB and/or via other business cooperation model to revive PHB. Zhiyuan is currently undertaking its due diligence on PHB and it has two (2) months to complete the due diligence exercise from the date of the MOA. Details of the proposed regularisation plan including the proposed debt restructuring scheme shall be announced in due course. This announcement is dated 26 February 2015. | |
