The Board of Directors of Theta Edge Berhad ("the Company") wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek its shareholders' approval at its forthcoming Annual General Meeting for the Proposed Renewal of the Existing Shareholders' Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading in Nature and Renewal of the Existing General Mandate for Contracts which are Revenue in Nature ("Proposal").
