For information purposes, the enlarged issued and paid-up share capital of BHS will be 320,000,000 ordinary shares of RM0.25 each as at 27 February 2015 pursuant to the Bonus Issue of Shares and Share Split.
The above will take effect from 9.00 a.m. on Friday, 27 February 2015, being the next market day immediately after the entitlement date for the Bonus Issue of Shares and Share Split on Thursday, 26 February 2015.
