On behalf of MMC, Maybank IB is pleased to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 27 February 2015, resolved to approve the admission to the Official List and the listing of and quotation for the entire issued and paid-up share capital of Malakoff of RM500,000,000 comprising 5,000,000,000 ordinary shares of RM0.10 each on the “Trading/Services” sector of the Main Market of Bursa Securities. Malakoff is required to ensure full compliance of all the requirements as provided under the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities at all times.
