We refer to the announcements dated 23 December 2013, 21 February 2014, 27 February 2014, 26 May 2014, 13 June 2014, 24 June 2014, 28 August 2014, 25 November 2014 and 6 January 2015 ("Earlier Announcements"). Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used throughout this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the Earlier Announcements. The Board of Directors of the Company hereby announce that the public shareholding spread of the Company as at 31 December 2014 was 22.30% and that the Company has yet to comply with the Public Shareholding Spread Requirement. As announced on 6 January 2015, Bursa Securities had vide its letter dated 6 January 2015 granted the Company a further extension of time of six (6) months from 18 December 2014 until 17 June 2015 to comply with the Public Shareholding Spread Requirement. At this juncture, LDHB is unable to undertake the necessary steps as stated in its Earlier Announcement dated 21 February 2014 to rectify its public shareholding spread in view of the continued unfavourable market price, downward trading trend of the market price and low liquidity of LDHB Shares.
