Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 1 December 2014 and Circular to Shareholders dated 29 April 2014. The Board of Directors of ML Global Berhad (Formerly known as VTI Vintage Berhad) (“ML Global” or “the Company”) wishes to announce that the Regularisation Plan had been completed on 31 October 2014. For further details on the above, please refer to the Company’s announcement dated 31 October 2014. ML Global will make an application to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) for the upliftment of the PN17 status of ML Global upon the Company recording two (2) consecutive quarterly results of net profits immediately after the completion of the implementation of the Regularisation Plan. Further announcement on the development of the above matter will be made to Bursa Securities in due course. This announcement is dated 2 January 2015.
