Remarks :

Shareholders' approval for the Rights Issue with Warrants was obtained on 11 November 2014. Existing holders of Warrants 2013/2018 who wish to be entitled to the Rights Shares under the Rights Issue with Warrants are required to submit the warrants exercise form to the Share Registrar, Megapolitan Management Services Sdn Bhd, No. 45-5, The Boulevard, Mid Valley City, Lingkaran Syed Putra, 59200 Kuala Lumpur (Tel no.: 03-2284 8311) not later than 5.00 p.m. on 13 January 2015. The abridged prospectus together with the rights subscription form and the notice of provisional allotment (collectively referred to as "Documents") in relation to the Rights Issue with Warrants will be despatched on 26 January 2015 to the entitled shareholders of Inari whose name appear on the Record of Depositors of Inari on 22 January 2015. The Documents will not be registered under any legislation of any foreign jurisdiction, and the Rights Issue with Warrants will not be made or offered in any foreign jurisdiction. Accordingly, the Documents will not be sent to foreign entitled shareholders of Inari: (i) who do not have a registered address in Malaysia in the Record of Depositors; or (ii) who have not provided the Share Registrar with a registered address in Malaysia in writing not later than 5.00 p.m. on 22 January 2015, being the entitlement date for the Rights Issue with Warrants.
