We refer to UEMS' announcements dated 4 December 2012, 5 June 2014 and 1 October 2014 in respect of the proposed development of a Motorsports City in Gerbang Nusajaya, Nusajaya, Johor Darul Takzim ("Project"). The Company wishes to announce that the parties to the joint venture agreement ("JVA") have, on 29 December 2014, entered into a supplemental joint venture agreement ("SJVA"), to agree, among others, that the total land area for the Project has increased to 300.022 acres. The Company also wishes to announce that the JVA (as amended by the SJVA) has become unconditional on 30 December 2014 upon fulfillment of its conditions precedent. Following from the above, FASTrack Autosports (Iskandar) Pte Ltd (formerly known as FASTrack Autosports Pte Ltd) now owns 70% of the issued and paid up share capital of Fastrack Iskandar Sdn Bhd ("FISB") and UEMS' shareholding in FISB has reduced to 30%.
