The terms used herein has the same meaning as those defined in the announcement made on 30 July 2014 unless otherwise stated. We refer to our announcements made on 30 July 2014, 14 August 2014 and 7 October 2014 in relation to the Acquisition. On behalf of the Board of Directors of Opcom, RHB Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that ONSB and UTL had on 15 October 2014 mutually agreed with Unigel Limited to further extend the Longstop Date in the SPA to 31 October 2014. Save for the above, the remaining terms and conditions of the SPA and the supplemental agreement to the SPA dated 4 October 2014 remain in full force and effect.
