As such, it is required to submit to Bursa Securities a regularisation plan (“Regularisation Plan”) and obtain Bursa Securities’ approval to implement the Regularisation Plan within twelve (12) months from the First Announcement (i.e., by 30 October 2014).
On behalf of the Board of Directors of Cybertowers, TA Securities Holdings Berhad wishes to announce that the Company had on 15 October 2014 submitted an application to Bursa Securities seeking its approval for an extension of time of up to 31 December 2014 for the submission of the Regularisation Plan to Bursa Securities.
