HRSB is a private limited company incorporated in Malaysia with an authorised share capital of RM400,000.00 divided into 400,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each of which 2 ordinary shares have been issued and fully paid-up. The principal activity of HRSB is that of sales and distribution of goods and as the date of this announcement, is a dormant company. As at the date of incorporation, the first directors of HRSB are Chew Chong Eu and Dawin Tang Keng Wai and the first subscribers are High5 and Chew Chong Eu. The transfer of one (1) subscriber’s share of RM1.00 each held by Chew Chong Eu to High5 was completed on 15 October 2014. The investment in HRSB is wholly in cash and will not have any material effect on the earnings per share or net assets of High5 for the financial year ending 31 October 2014.
