In view of the adjournment of the 10th AGM, the retirement of Tunku Ahmad Yahaya as the Director cum Chairman of the Company shall therefore take effect immediately after the conclusion of the Adjourned 10th AGM. The Board will make the necessary announcement on the Adjourned 10th AGM in due course.
