(“TPGOG”) comprising 500,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each, which representing 100% of the total issued and paid-up share capital of TPGOG (“Disposal”) to the following parties (“Purchasers”) for a total cash consideration of RM500,000, as detailed hereunder:
