On behalf of the Company, CIMB Investment Bank Berhad ("CIMB") is pleased to announce that the Securities Commission ("SC") had, vide its letter dated 14 May 2014, approved the extension of time of twelve (12) months up to 11 May 2015 ("SC Approval") for MSM Holdings to obtain the Certificate of Fitness from the relevant authorities for the properties located at H.S.(D) 31964, P.T. 34446 and H.S.(D) 31965, P.T. 34447, Mukim Batu, District of Gombak, Selangor. The SC Approval is subject to the following conditions: (a) MSM Holdings/CIMB is to make half yearly announcements to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on the remedial actions taken to comply with the outstanding conditions imposed; and (b) MSM Holdings/CIMB is to update the SC on the remedial actions taken to comply with the outstanding conditions when such announcements are made.
