Reference is made to YTLe’s Circular to Shareholders relating to the Renewal of Shareholder Mandate for RRPT of a revenue or trading nature (“Mandate”) dated 5 November 2012 (“RRPT Circular”). The ordinary resolution on the Mandate was approved by the shareholders of YTLe at the Annual General Meeting held on 27 November 2012. Pursuant to Rule 10.09(2)(e) of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and Paragraph 2.4 of Guidance Note 8, the Company now wishes to announce the variation in the actual value of the RRPT transacted with YTL Land & Development Berhad and its subsidiaries and associated companies (“YTL Land & Dev Group”) from the estimated value as disclosed in the RRPT Circular as set out in Table below.
