Introduction Pursuant to Paragraph 8.23(1)(ii) and Practice Note No. 11 of the Bursa Securities Main Market Listing Requirements, the Board of CHHB wishes to announce that the aggregate amount of financial assistance provided as at 30 June 2013 to facilitate the ordinary course of business of CHHB group is as per Table A below:- TABLE A
As at 30 June 2013, the Company has drawdown RM5,676,759 of the Facility granted by Bank Pembangunan Malaysia Berhad. 2. Financial Impact The Provision of Financial Assistance has no material effect to the earnings per share, net assets per share, gearing, share capital and substantial shareholders' shareholding of CHHB for the current financial year ending 31 December 2013. This announcement is dated 21 August 2013.
