The Company would like to update the Exchange that at the Hearing held today, the Kuala Lumpur High Court had allowed the Defendant's application to amend the Statement of Defence. The Kuala Lumpur High Court further directed the Defendant to file the Amended Statement of Defence by 26 August 2013 and the Plaintiff to file the Amended Reply by 29 August 2013.
