Sanjung Tropika Development Sdn Bhd (“Sanjung Tropika”), a private limited company incorporated in Malaysia under the Companies Act, 1965 (“Act”) on 18 July 2013, with an authorised share capital of RM400,000.00 comprising 400,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each, of which 2 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each have been issued and fully paid-up. 3. Meridin Hospitality Sdn Bhd (“Meridin Hospitality”), a private limited company incorporated in Malaysia under the Companies Act, 1965 (“Act”) on 2 August 2013, with an authorised share capital of RM400,000.00 comprising 400,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each, of which 2 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each have been issued and fully paid-up.
