The terms used herein shall, unless context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the announcement dated 15 January 2013. We refer to the announcements dated 15 January 2013, 16 January 2013, 21 January 2013, 22 January 2013, 7 May 2013, 30 May 2013 and 19 July 2013 on the above pertaining to the Originating Summons and Interim Injunction Order that were served on the Company on 15 January 2013. The Company wishes to announce that the Plaintiffs had served a Notice of Appeal on 16 August 2013 on TIGB's Solicitors of their intention to file an appeal in the Court of Appeal against the whole of the decision of the High Court made on 19 July 2013.
