| Description | TIONG NAM LOGISTICS HOLDINGS BERHAD ("Tiong Nam" or "the Company") Proposed acquisition of assets by Tiong Nam Logistics Solutions Sdn Bhd ("TNLS"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tiong Nam, from ABS Logistics Berhad ("ALB" or "the Vendor") for a total purchase consideration of approximately RM176.3 million ("Purchase Consideration") to be satisfied by cash of RM125.0 million with the balance of RM51.3 million as amount owing by TNLS to ALB ("Proposed Acquisition"). |
We refer to the earlier announcement dated 30 July 2013 in relation to the Proposed Acquisition. On behalf of the Board of Directors of Tiong Nam, MIDF Amanah Investment Bank Berhad wishes to further add, in the attachment below, the expiry dates of the leases for the relevant properties which are the subject of the Proposed Acquisition. | |
