Unless otherwise stated, abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement shall be the same as those in the Requisite Announcement as announced on 6 September 2012. We refer to the announcements made by the Company on 29 February 2012, 2 April 2012, 2 May 2012, 1 June 2012, 2 July 2012 and 1 August 2012. Reference is made to the Requisite Announcement on 23 July 2013 whereby the Company and Ivory Overpower Sdn Bhd (“IOSB”) have entered into an agreement dated 22 July 2013 (the “Agreement”) with Suncsi Holdings Sdn Bhd and Covenant Equity Consulting Sdn Bhd to obtain funding of RM16.0 million. Reference is also made to the announcement by Inter-Pacific Securities Sdn. Bhd. (“IPS”), on behalf of the Board on 29 July 2013 that by mutual consent, KAF IB has ceased its engagement as the Principal Adviser of the Company for the Proposed Regularisation Plan with effect from 29 July 2013. In view of the above, IPS has been appointed as the Principal Adviser for the Proposed Regularisation Plan. Pursuant to the same announcement, IPS, on behalf of the Company had also requested for withdrawal of the Existing Proposals and an extension of time of four (4) months from the date of the announcement to submit revised proposals for the Proposed Regularisation Plan. Save as mentioned above, there are no major developments subsequent to the Company’s submission of the applications in relation to the Proposed Regularisation Plan to Bursa Securities as announced on 28 February 2013.
