The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company is still in the midst of formulating its regularisation plan. Any further development on the regularisation plan will be announced accordingly. The Company has approximately another five (5) months to submit its regularisation plan to the relevant authorities for approval. This announcement is dated 1 August 2013.
