On 23 July 2013, KIBB announced that the Court Convened meeting and Extraordinary General Meeting would be held on 15 August 2013. The Board of Directors of VEB also wishes to inform that KIBB had on 24 July 2013 submitted Listing Applications on behalf of VEB to Bursa Malaysia Securties Berhad pursuant to the Proposed Restructuring Scheme.
