On behalf of the Board of Directors of Ireka, RHB Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the Securities Commission Malaysia had vide its letter dated 30 July 2013 approved the proposed exemption under paragraph 1.1 of Practice Note (“PN”) 44 of the Malaysian Code on Take-Overs and Mergers 2010 (“Code”) in relation to the Proposed SCR (“Proposed Exemption”). The approval on the Proposed Exemption is subject to Ireka complying with the requirements under Paragraph 1.2 of PN 44 of the Code.
