Perduren (M) Berhad (“PMB”) wishes to inform that Landmark Zone Sdn Bhd ("LZSB"), a wholly owned subsidiary of PMB has in the ordinary course of business as property developer, entered into sale and purchase agreements with a director and persons connected with him (“Related Parties”), to sell to the Related Parties serviced apartments in its project, “Shamelin Star” in Taman Shamelin Perkasa, Cheras, Kuala Lumpur (“Property Transactions”), the details of which are set out in Table A. The Property Transactions are carried out under commercial terms and conditions which are not materially different from those generally made available to other customers. The Property Transactions do not require the approvals of the shareholders of PMB or any other authorities. Save as disclosed, none of the Directors or substantial shareholders of PMB or persons connected to them has any interest, direct or indirect, in the Property Transactions.
