The terms used herein shall, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the announcement dated 23 July 2013 in relation to the Proposals. We refer to the announcement dated 23 July 2013 in relation to the Proposals. On behalf of SymLife, AFFIN Investment wishes to announce that Bursa Securities has vide its letter dated 28 August 2013, approved the following: (i) admission to the Official List and listing of and quotation for up to 107,500,000 Warrants to be issued pursuant to the Proposals; and (ii) listing of up to 107,500,000 new SymLife Shares to be issued pursuant to exercise of Warrants. The approval granted by Bursa Securities for the Proposals is subject to the following conditions: (i) SymLife and AFFIN Investment must fully comply with the relevant provisions under the Main Market Listing Requirements pertaining to the implementation of the Proposals; (ii) SymLife and AFFIN Investment to inform Bursa Securities upon the completion of the Proposals; (iii) SymLife to furnish Bursa Securities with a written confirmation of its compliance with the terms and conditions of Bursa Securities’ approval once the Proposals is completed; (iv) SymLife is required to furnish Bursa Securities on a quarterly basis a summary of the total number of shares listed pursuant to the exercise of Warrants as at the end of each quarter together with a detailed computation of listing fees payable; and (v) To incorporate Bursa Securities comments in respect of the draft Circular.
