| Description | DISCONTINUATION OF DIVIDEND POLICY |
As a measure to maintain and expand its market share, Cheetah Holdings Berhad (“CHB”) is committed to explore its business opportunities (including mergers and acquisitions) and to cater for increased sales and promotional activities. In view of this, the Board of Directors of CHB is discontinuing its current dividend policy of paying 30% of its net distributable profits as dividend with effect from financial year ending 30 June 2014 so that funds can be channeled for such business opportunities and for sales and promotional activities when and where required. The current dividend policy has been maintained for the financial year ended 30 June 2013. The payment of any future dividend is subject to the Board’s discretion and will depend on the business plans, financial performance and financial position of CHB.
