ASGSB is presently dormant and its intended principal activity is to carry on mall management and operations. Information on Atria Parking Management Sdn. Bhd. ("APMSB") APMSB was incorporated in Malaysia under the Companies Act, 1965 on 4 July 2013 with an authorised share capital of RM100,000.00 divided into 100,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each of which two (2) ordinary shares have been issued and fully paid up. APMSB is presently dormant and its intended principal activity is to carry on car park management and operations.
