A Return by Liquidator Relating to Final Meeting was lodged with the Companies Commission of Malaysia on 25 July 2013 and the Official Receiver on 29 July 2013 (“Lodgment Date”), and on the expiration of 3 months after the Lodgment Date, Guotrade will be dissolved.
