Reference is made to the announcements of 27 May 2013 and 28 May 2013 repsectively in relation to the Company's intention to seek for shareholders' approval for the proposed diversification on the group's business from designing, developing and manufacturing sport-shoe soles into trading of apparel related products ("Proposed Diversification") at the forthcoming Special General Meeting to be convened. The Board of Directors’ of Multi-Sports Holdings Ltd (Multi-Sports” or “the Company”) wishes to inform that having considered that the Proposed Diversification is not expected to result in either the following for the financial year ending 31 December, 2013:- (a) The diversion of 25% or more of the net assets of the listed issuer to an operation which differs widely from those operations previously carried on by the Company; (b) The contribution of 25% or more of the net profits of the Company; and has decided to defer the convening of the Special General Meeting to seek for the shareholders’ approval on the Proposed Diversification at the later date as and when appropriate.
