On behalf of the Board, M&A Securities Sdn Bhd wishes to announce that the Rights Issue with Warrants is deemed completed following the listing of and quotation for the following securities on the ACE Market of Bursa Securities on 12 June 2013: (i) 84,152,175 Rights Shares issued pursuant to the Rights Issue with Warrants; and (ii) 168,304,350 Warrants issued pursuant to the Rights Issue with Warrants. We further wish to announce that under the Issuance of Preference Shares, a total of 7,520,000 RPS has been issued by Inari International and as such, a total of 22,560,000 Warrants has been allotted to the RPS subscribers. The 22,560,000 Warrants was also listed on 12 June 2013. The remaining 4,000,000 RPS and 12,000,000 Warrants to be issued under the Issuance of Preference Shares shall be issued at a later date.
