On behalf of the Board of Directors of Kotra (“Board”), M&A Securities Sdn Bhd wishes to announce that the Company has proposed to establish and implement an ESOS of up to fifteen percent (15%) of the total issued and paid-up share capital of Kotra (excluding treasury shares) at any point in time during the duration of the ESOS (“Proposed ESOS”), for the entitled employees and Directors of the Kotra and its subsidiaries (excluding its dormant subsidiary) who are eligible to participate in the Proposed ESOS .
