We refer to the previous announcements in relation to the Proposals. On behalf of the Board of Directors of BToto, Maybank Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that STM-Trust has been constituted in Singapore today by a declaration of trust by Sports Toto Malaysia Management Pte. Ltd., as trustee-manager of STM-Trust under a trust deed dated 13 June 2013 (“Trust Deed”). The salient terms of the Trust Deed as set out in the circular to the shareholders of BToto dated 27 November 2012 remain unchanged but it should be noted that due to the revised timetable for the Proposed Listing, an application to register the STM-Trust with the Monetary Authority of Singapore as a registered business trust under the Business Trusts Act, Chapter 31A of Singapore, will only take place later. Shareholders will be updated in due course. The Trust Deed is available for inspection at the registered office of BToto at Lot 13-01A, Level 13 (East Wing), Berjaya Times Square, No. 1 Jalan Imbi, 55100 Kuala Lumpur during normal office hours from Monday to Friday (except public holidays) for a period of 3 months from the date of this announcement.
